We completed R&D on lab scale manufacturing high purity quartz powder (IOTA-6 grade) using hydrothermal treatment and electrochemical treatment of natural quartz (lascas) of purity 99.998% from our mine in North Ural. Important to note that our IOTA-6 quartz powder contain only single crystal grains what lead to increase lifetime of quartz crucibles because of higher temperature of softening quartz material.
