We completed R&D on lab scale manufacturing high purity quartz powder (IOTA-6 grade) using hydrothermal treatment and electrochemical treatment of natural quartz (lascas) of purity 99.995% from our mine in North Ural. Important to note that our IOTA-6 quartz powder contain only single crystal grains what lead to increase lifetime of quartz crucibles because of higher temperature of softening quartz material.

We lead active research of growth aligned carbon nanotubes on metal plate in autocalves using liquid hydrocarbons as carbon source. Important to note that sintering temperature is not higher than 500 centigrade what make possible in future to use available big industrial autoclaves for mass volume production. Now we develop potential applications of received product for thermal interfaces and supercapacitors.
